1. Scope of the website

The website introduces INFIRALS, its team, creators, archived Minecraft worlds, esports direction and planned platforms. It also provides editorial articles, career information and an option to request launch announcements.

These terms cover the public website experience. They do not establish purchase conditions, a paid service agreement, an employment contract or access rights to a future application. Where separate participation or service terms are required, those details will be provided with the relevant opportunity.

• Public pages can be browsed without creating a platform account.
• The current website does not provide checkout or online purchases.
• Submitting a notification request expresses interest in updates; it does not reserve a product, service, role or place in an event.

2. Current, planned and historical information

INFIRALS distinguishes between current information, future plans and historical community activity. Please check the wording, dates and status labels on the relevant page before relying on a description.

Store, xStudio and xSkills are planned platforms. Their marketing pages communicate our intended direction. Descriptions of potential capabilities should not be treated as confirmation that those capabilities are available today.

• Launch dates, prices, availability and platform-specific conditions remain TBD unless explicitly announced.
• Closed Minecraft servers are presented as archive material. A historical server address does not confirm current access.
• Dated creator statistics and historical results describe the stated snapshot or period, rather than a live measurement.
• Concept artwork and illustrative estimates should be read according to their accompanying labels.

3. Responsible use

Please use the website and its forms for their intended purposes. Keep messages relevant, provide an email address you control when requesting updates and avoid submitting information that is not needed for your request.

Our security checks and request limits support the reliability of the website. If a form asks you to wait or try again, follow the instructions displayed rather than repeatedly submitting the same request.

• Do not attempt to interfere with the website, its infrastructure or other visitors' access.
• Do not submit malicious content, impersonate another person or use a form to send unsolicited requests on someone else's behalf.
• Do not attempt to bypass security checks, request limits or technical access controls.
• Report a suspected error or security concern through our published contact address.

4. Launch notifications

The Notify Me feature allows you to request INFIRALS launch announcements, including updates about Store, xStudio and xSkills. Submitting the form starts a confirmation process. Your address is added to the confirmed announcement list only after you complete that process.

A notification signup does not create an INFIRALS platform account or commit you to a purchase. You can unsubscribe through an email link. Cookie preferences affect what a browser remembers and are separate from your email subscription.

• Use the confirmation email to complete your request.
• If you did not request an email, you can ignore it or use its cancellation or unsubscribe option.
• Clearing browser cookies or choosing Essential only does not unsubscribe your email.

5. Events, community and career opportunities

An event, competition, giveaway, community activity or career opportunity may have its own requirements. Read the information published for that specific opportunity, including its status, dates, eligibility and participation instructions.

General descriptions of our community or future ambitions do not confirm a current event, available prize or open role. Visiting a careers page or expressing interest does not constitute an offer of employment.

• Check whether an opportunity is announced, planned or closed.
• Follow the rules published by the relevant community or third-party platform.
• Where participation details have not yet been defined, they remain TBD.

6. Branding and published material

The website includes INFIRALS branding, editorial writing, illustrations, photographs, creator information and material associated with community archives. Some assets and linked content belong to their respective creators or other rights holders.

Public availability of an image, logo or article should not be interpreted as permission to reuse it commercially or present it as your own work. If you would like to reuse INFIRALS material, request clarification about the specific item and intended use. Credit should accurately identify the source and should not imply an endorsement or affiliation that has not been agreed.

7. External links and services

Our pages link to services such as YouTube, Discord, Instagram and LinkedIn. Following a link takes you to a service operated by a third party. Your use of that service is subject to its own terms, account requirements and privacy practices.

A link may provide context, a creator profile, a community destination or supporting information. The content and availability of an external destination can change independently of the INFIRALS website. Please review the destination before sharing personal information or taking part in an activity.

8. Availability and corrections

Pages, links and notification features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, connection problems or service-provider interruptions. If a request does not complete, use the status shown by the website and try again when appropriate.

We may revise information when plans develop or an error is identified. If you notice an inaccurate date, attribution, status label or link, contact us with the relevant page and a brief description. The website does not promise uninterrupted access, a particular launch date or a specific outcome from participation.

9. Separate service terms

A future paid platform or application will require information suited to its actual operation. Purchase conditions, cancellations, refunds, account rules, service commitments and dispute arrangements have not been defined for the current public website and remain TBD.

Those matters should be reviewed in the terms published for the relevant service before using it. This page does not invent purchase rights or obligations for services that have not launched. Applicable law and contract-specific arrangements also remain TBD where they have not been defined.
