Event Managers

Plan community events, coordinate participants and staff, and keep schedules and rules clear.

01 / ABOUT INFIRALS

DIFFERENT PATHS.
ONE COMMUNITY.

INFIRALS brings gaming, creativity, and community together. Our direction spans creators, esports, events, and future platforms for creative work and learning.

We are looking for people who care about their craft, communicate openly, and enjoy building with others. These roles are an opportunity to help shape that next chapter.

02 / THE ROLE

MAKE YOUR
CONTRIBUTION COUNT.

Help scope gaming and community activities, prepare their rules and schedules, and coordinate communication before, during, and after each event.

Bring clear plans, follow through on the details, and keep the team informed. Good work here starts with understanding the people it is meant to serve.

03 / WHAT YOU WILL DO

THE WORK BEHIND
THE SCENES.

  1. Develop event concepts with a clear purpose, audience, and practical scope.
  2. Prepare schedules, rules, checklists, and contingency plans.
  3. Coordinate hosts, moderators, participants, and creative contributors.
  4. Work with Socials on announcements, reminders, and recaps.
  5. Collect feedback and document improvements for the next event.
04 / WHAT YOU BRING

CARE FOR THE CRAFT.
CARE FOR THE PEOPLE.

Think through the details

Notice unclear rules, missing steps, and scheduling conflicts before they become problems.

Stay calm live

Communicate decisions clearly and handle changes with participants in mind.

Bring a practical plan

Experience with gaming events, online communities, or group projects is useful. A thoughtful event proposal also shows your approach.

05 / YOUR WORK

SHOW US HOW
YOU THINK.

Share an event you have organised, a run sheet, or a sample community-event proposal.

Tell us which parts you handled, what you learned, and what you would improve. A thoughtful sample is welcome if you do not have previous work to share.

06 / HOW TO APPLY

TELL US ABOUT
THE WORK
YOU’VE MADE.

  1. Your CV or a short introduction, including your interest in the Event Managers role.
  2. Share an event you have organised, a run sheet, or a sample community-event proposal.
  3. One example of a challenge you handled, what you contributed, and what you learned.
